We’re excited to bring our community together with NFL Green and the Bay Area Host Committee for a hands-on day of climate action along the Bay shoreline.
On January 31, from 9 AM to 1 PM, we’ll roll up our sleeves in Palo Alto (exact location disclosed upon registration), to plant native plants and remove invasive species. There will also be opportunities to go birding and meet some of the feathered residents who depend on this habitat.
This is a fun, family-friendly event, and everyone is welcome—whether it’s your first time volunteering or you’re a seasoned restoration pro.
Here’s what to expect:
- Hands-on restoration activities suitable for all ages and experience levels
- Birding opportunities to learn about local wildlife
- Fun swag to take home and remember your day on the shoreline
- All tools, supplies, and guidance provided—just bring your enthusiasm
Dig in, get inspired, and take action alongside others who care about the future of this place we call home. Together, we can create a healthier, more resilient Bay for generations to come.
