Bay Day is an opportunity not just to appreciate and experience the beauty and diversity of our Bay, but also to help sustain that beauty and diversity through a fun volunteering experience in our wetlands.

I, the undersigned, am 18 years or older or my legal guardian is signing for me. It is my own choice to perform the activities of this volunteer work party at the site shown above. I understand that these activities may involve risk of injury or harm including but not limited to soreness, splinters, sprains, and broken bones, and that they entail hazards including picking up sharp or unsanitary objects, being cut or hit by tools, and lifting heavy tools. Recommended protective equipment includes gloves and closed-toed shoes. I voluntarily assume all risk known and unknown, or injuries, however caused, even if caused in whole or part by the action, inaction, or negligence of the released parties to the fullest extent of the law and agree to take reasonable care to avoid injury to others. I hereby agree to permit Save The Bay employees and other agents to take photographs and make film records of the project and participants without further recourse.
